Pre-Order Shipping Timeline

Throne is currently in pre-order. Orders placed now will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis as inventory allows.

Shipping timelines are subject to change based on production and fulfillment capacity. We will provide updates via email if there are any delays.

Shipping Fees

  • Free shipping on all orders.

Shipping Availability

  • Throne currently only ships within the United States.
  • We do not ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Address Changes

  • Before Shipment: If you need to update your shipping address, contact our Customer Support Team as soon as possible by sending an email to support@thronescience.com. Address changes may not be possible after your order is processed for shipment.
  • After Shipment: If your order has already shipped, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.

Delivery Carrier

  • Throne ships via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location. The specific carrier will be included in your shipping confirmation email.

Refund Policy

  • Orders are fully refundable if requested before your order ships.
  • Returns of unopened product are eligible for full refund within 30 days of shipping.
  • To request a refund, contact our Customer Support Team at support@thronescience.com with your order details.
  • Once your order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for a refund.
