1. ELIGIBILITY

This giveaway ("Giveaway") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Rhode Island), who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Throne Science ("Sponsor"), Dr. Karan Rajan, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter or win.

The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The Giveaway begins at 12:00:00 AM Central Time ("CT") on January 26, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM CT on February 1, 2026 ("Giveaway Period").

Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for this Giveaway.

4. HOW TO ENTER

There are two (2) ways to enter:

METHOD 1: Social Media Entry (Primary Method)

To enter via social media, during the Giveaway Period, complete ALL of the following steps on the platform where you see the Giveaway post:

1. Like the official Giveaway post (from Dr. Karan Rajan's account or @thronescience)
2. Share the official Giveaway post (Repost/Retweet/Share, depending on platform)
3. Comment on the official Giveaway post by tagging two (2) friends with "'my tummy is acting up again' energy" (or any friendly health-related message)
4. Follow both Dr. Karan Rajan's account AND @thronescience

Platform-Specific Instructions:

• Instagram: Like, share to your story or repost, comment with 2 tags, follow both accounts
• Facebook: Like, share, comment with 2 tags, follow both pages
• Twitter/X: Like, retweet, reply with 2 tags, follow both accounts
• TikTok: Like, share, comment with 2 tags, follow both accounts

Entry Limit: You may enter once per platform. Maximum of four (4) entries per person across all platforms.

Account Requirements: Your social media account must be public for the duration of the Giveaway Period and through winner verification. Private accounts are not eligible.

METHOD 2: Alternative Method of Entry (Free Mail-In/Email Entry)

Your email must include:

• Your full name
• Your email address
• Your complete mailing address (including city, state, ZIP code)
• Your date of birth (to verify age eligibility)
• Statement: "I am eligible to enter the Throne Science Giveaway"

Entry Limit: One (1) free entry per person via email.

Combined Entry Limit: Maximum of five (5) total entries per person (4 social media + 1 email).

5. ENTRIES SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION

All entries are subject to verification. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that:

• Is incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or fraudulent
• Violates these Official Rules or any applicable law
• Is submitted using automated means (bots, scripts, etc.)
• Contains inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful content
• Is submitted after the Giveaway Period has ended

Multiple entries from the same person using different accounts, identities, or email addresses will result in disqualification.

6. PRIZES

Five (5) Grand Prizes: Each winner will receive one (1) Throne Science device and a six (6) month subscription to the Throne Science mobile application.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $435.99 per prize ($399.99 device + $36.00 subscription value)

Total ARV of All Prizes: $2,029.95

Prize Details:

• After the initial six-month period, winners may continue subscription at standard rate ($6/month)

Prize Restrictions:

• Prizes are non-transferable
• No substitution or cash equivalent permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion
• Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable
• Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and use
• Winners who have active pre-orders with Throne Science may choose to: (a) receive the prize as a second device, OR (b) receive a full refund of their pre-order

7. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

Drawing Date: On or about February 2, 2026

Selection Method: Five (5) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor using a random number generator, with sequential numbers assigned to each eligible entry via spreadsheet.

Notification: Potential winners will be notified by email at the email address associated with their entry within forty-eight (48) hours of the drawing. The email will be sent from support@thronescience.com and will include instructions for claiming the prize.

Response Deadline: Potential winners must respond to the notification email within five (5) business days of the email being sent. If a potential winner does not respond within this timeframe, or if the notification email is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.

Verification: Before being declared an official winner, each potential winner must:

1. Confirm eligibility (age, residency, non-affiliation with Sponsor or Dr. Karan Rajan)
2. Sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification
3. Provide a valid shipping address within the United States (excluding Rhode Island)

Failure to comply with these requirements will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Announcement: Winners' first names and state of residence may be announced publicly on Sponsor's social media channels and Dr. Karan Rajan's channels on or about February 3, 2026.

8. ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Acceptance of Prize: By accepting a prize, winners agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Dr. Karan Rajan, their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

Publicity Rights: Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and Dr. Karan Rajan to use winners' names, likenesses, biographical information, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation or permission.

Tax Obligations: Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on prizes. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to any winner receiving a prize valued at $600 or more.

Disqualification: Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:

• Violates these Official Rules
• Tampers with the entry process or operation of the Giveaway
• Acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner
• Engages in conduct that is harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing

No Liability: Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries
• Technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections
• Failed, incomplete, or garbled computer or telephone transmissions
• Any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to participation in this Giveaway
• Errors in administration of the Giveaway or in the processing of entries

10. DISPUTES & GOVERNING LAW

Governing Law: These Official Rules and the Giveaway shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Arbitration: Except where prohibited by law, by entering this Giveaway, you agree that any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Official Rules or the Giveaway shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any proceedings to resolve disputes will be conducted on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Jurisdiction: If arbitration is found not to apply, you agree that any legal proceedings shall take place in state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at [https://thronescience.com/privacy-policy]. By entering, you consent to Sponsor's collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

For email entries, your information will be used solely for the purpose of administering this Giveaway and will not be added to marketing lists without your explicit consent.

13. MODIFICATIONS & TERMINATION

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway in whole or in part if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

In the event of termination, Sponsor may award prizes from among all eligible entries received prior to termination.

14. INTERPRETATION

If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

The section headings used in these Official Rules are for convenience only and will not be given any legal effect.
